Opening the Store Door

When you’re really close to the store, go to the app’s dashboard and tap on the ’Door’ button. After you do that, a screen will pop up, and it will ask you to swipe a button that says ’Swipe to Open.’ Once you swipe that button, the store door will open, and you can go inside.
The ”Door” button feature primarily requires that you are in the vicinity of the store you wish to enter. Make sure your location services are enabled on your device for accurate proximity detection.
You can use the ”Door” button 24/7. Once opened, the store door will stay open for 10 seconds.

  • You can search for the products through the search bar. You can add the products to the cart and during checkout, you will need to verify your age through video streaming. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase securely.  
  • You may also have to show your ID if required.

  • For Scanning Products: 

You can also find the offers available for a product in the Product Dialog that appears when you Scan a product to the cart. 

  • For Vending Machine Products:

  • To verify the products that is added to the cart, Click the Cart button from the Dashboard and from bottom menu in the Scan Page.  
  • You can customize the quantity of the products that is added in the cart by clicking the (-) and (+) buttons next to the products.  
  • If you wish to remove the product from the cart, Click the (X) button next to the product in the cart.

  • When you’re ready to complete your purchase, proceed to checkout.  
  • The app offers a secure Swish payment method for processing your transactions.

  • Once the Transaction is successfully completed, you will get your purchase receipt with the particulars related to the purchase. 

 

Viewing Purchase History 

 

  • You can track your past purchases by visiting the ”History” menu on the app’s dashboard.

  • If your Purchase includes products from the Vending Machine, after the Completion of Payment you will see a screen prompt that instructs you to collect the products from the Vending Machine.  
  • Stand before the Vending Machine and click the “Collect Products” button that you see in the bottom of the prompt screen.  
  • Once you click the button, the products that you have purchased from the vending machine will be dispensed.
